NC Athletics  founded in 2008, by Kerry F. Richmond. NCA seeks to provide tools that
    will enhance an athlete mentally, spiritually, and physical ability. The program will give
    participants the opportunity to develop in sports, academics, and society.

    Kerry Richmond has served in the community over the last 20 years as a coach, tutor,
    pastor and strives to help develop young athletes as a whole person. His gift has been
    to motivate young athletes to help them reach their highest potential. He has coached at
    the recreation level, helped develop middle and high school student-athletes and
    coached AAU girls for 7 years.

    Headquarters Location
    North Carolina Athletics is located at 229 N. Graham - Hopedale Rd. in Burlington, NC
    between Chapel Hill, Durham, Greensboro, and Winston Salem. This organization will
    partner with surrounding counties and a variety of sports program. The facility is 12,000
    square feet building with 2 half-courts, and 1 full court. This facility will be staffed with
    quality people with professions and degrees in health, education, social work and
    athletic training.

    Membership Program
    Each sports team will offer a membership that will give individuals the privilege and
    access to our gym, tutoring program, computer lab, library and game room. Each area
    will be staffed with a trained qualified staff that will be available for assistance. The
    membership will be a one-year membership and will have to be renewed annually.

    Governance
    The North Carolina Athletics will be governed by a board. There will an executive
    director over the organization and the board will help make decisions for the
    organization. The organization will be a non-profit organization.
